To celebrate the re-opening of The Lanesborough Hotel after a period of closure for refurbishment, we were commissioned by Albion Parties to provide production for the launch of this iconic venue. We attended various site visits and assisted in the lighting and sound design for the event.
We advised replacing the LED chandelier bulbs for the event in favour of incandescent bulbs dipped in gel pain to give the space a rose-pink hue.

A Re-opening Celebration
In keeping with the traditional feel of the hotel, we opted for soft lighting, making use of uplighters pinspotting, stemspots, stage wash for performances and to create a welcoming ambience complimenting the venues own in-house lighting with our additional equipment to add the extra special touch for such an exclusive event. For sound, we decided to install a discreet speaker system so as not to distract from to characterful design of the hotel interiors.
