When Lendlease got in touch with us to do their annual conference at One Marylebone, they were keen to promote a sustainable message. We took the brief and designed a stylish set using natural plywood finish and a living wall to try and minimise waste that is so prevalent within the industry. By not using fabrics that would be thrown into landfill after the event, the only waste would be the wood that we could utilise on other projects and eventually could be incinerated using a waste-to-energy process.

We provided a large rear-projection set-up for a clear view for all delegates and full video switching capabilities to ensure a seamless presentation and stage wash lighting highlighting the presenters on stage. We also provided lounge seating for the delegates rather than generic conference chairs.s.
